Maximize Your Weight Watcher Points







All of us weight watcher folks know how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off. One of the easier ways to keep within your daily point range is to eat low point foods.


Instructions


1. The first way to maximize points is to eat 0 point vegetables. Below is a list of all zero (0) point vegetables:


asparagus


beets


broccoli


brussel sprouts


cabbage


cauliflower


celery


cucumber


eggplant


endive


escarole


green or wax beens


greens


hearts of palm


jicama


lettuce


mixed green salad (dressing has points)


fresh mushrooms


okra


peppers


pickles (unsweetened)

2. Another filling way to maximize points is to eat filling fruits. Below are filling 0 pts fruits and low point fruits:

Bitter melon (balsam-pear), 1 cup


Carob (algarroba), 1 tsp


Maraschino Cherry, 1


Kiwifruit, 1 medium


Orange, 1 small


Passion fruit, 3


Peach, small or medium


Low point fruits:

4. The final way to fill up is to drink lots & lots of water!! Water is zero points! Diet sodas and Iced Tea are also 0 points.
