Instructions
1. The first step is finding and buying the ingredients. I added this to the list to help you. It is BEST to go to a natural foods store. There is a wider variety for your selection. However, it is possible to find most of the ingredients for this Gluten-Free Flour Mix recipe in Walmart or Kroger.
2. Assemble the following ingredients and items:
* Tapioca Starch Flour
* White Rice Flour
* Potato Starch Flour
* Cornstarch
* Guar Gum (or xanthan gum)
* Large Mixing Bowl
* Spoon
3. Mix all the following ingredients together in a large mixing bowl:
2 Cups-Tapioca Starch Flour
5 Cups-White Rice Flour
2 ½ cups Potato Starch Flour
½ cup Cornstarch
4 Tbsp Guar Gum (or Xanthan Gum)
