Make Crock Pot Peanut Clusters







You might not think of your Crock Pot for desserts, but this recipe for delicious peanut clusters is simple and sure to become a family favorite.


Instructions


1. Pour the peanuts into the Crock Pot.


2. Break the white almond bark into pieces for easier, more consistent melting and add them to the Crock Pot.


3. Break the German chocolate bar into small pieces and put it on top of the other ingredients,








4. Pour the bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the crock pot. Do not stir.


5. Place the lid on the crock pot and set the heat to medium. Wait three hours; do not remove the lid during this time!


6. Remove the lid after three hours and stir the ingredients together until all of the peanuts are coated with the chocolate mixture.


7. Drop the mixture onto wax paper a teaspoon at a time. The clusters will set up as they cool; you will know they are done setting when they have a glossy finish.


8. Remove the clusters from the wax paper after they're completely set and store them in an airtight container.
