Basque cuisine is influenced by the Spanish and French cuisines
Unique to its own name, Basque food is a cuisine that was inspired by the French and Spanish cuisines; the Basque cooking style prefers seafood and usually consists of a combination of beans, meats and cabbage. Picasso
The Picasso restaurant is located inside the Bellagio on the Las Vegas strip and is run by Chef Julian Serrano, who spent most of his life in Spain and France. The restaurant provides an artistic experience with Picasso's artwork as the décor. The menu depends upon the freshest ingredients that are currently available on the market and can change accordingly; some items from the menu include pan-seared scallops and sautéed halibut filet as well as poached oysters, warm quail salad and roasted pigeon. Other items on the menu include roasted Maine lobster and sautéed ruby red shrimp. Wine pairing is also offered at an additional cost.

Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba
Café Ba-Ba-Reeba is also located on the Las Vegas strip and is known for its tapas, paella and sangria. Some of the smaller tapas offered on the menu include shrimp and egg salad on toast, goat cheese croqueta and short rib stuffed piquillo pepper; the regular tapa choices feature both hot and cold selections ranging from spice-crusted ahi tuna and house marinated olives to spicy potatoes, stuffed mushrooms and fried pardon peppers. The rest of the menu offers a variety of choices including Spanish meatballs, chicken empanada, crispy calamari and steamed mussels; also on the menu are Spanish flatbreads with an assortment of flavors.

Firefly
Firefly has two Las Vegas locations; one on Paradise and one located downtown at the Plaza. Firefly offers a variety of hot and cold tapas as well as meat, poultry and seafood tapas to choose from. Gazpacho, tuna tartare and artichoke toasts are included as chilled tapas while stuffed dates, roasted eggplant cannelloni and thai beef salad are some of the hot tapas. Other items on the menu are ham and cheese croquetas, chicken and lamb skewers and filet mignon sliders. Some of the desserts include caramel flan, banana-nutella sandwiches and lemon-berry tarts; you also have the choice of having a dessert platter with a variety of choices at once.
