1. Cut mushrooms into small bite-sized pieces. If you purchase white buttons mushrooms, they will not need any additional chopping. Place

3. Press two cloves of garlic using a garlic press and place the pressed cloves in a second bowl. Also, chop fresh basil finely and add to the garlic.
4. Combine cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, tabasco, dried parsley and dried oregano into the second bowl.
5. Whisk the contents of the second bowl until they are mixed.
6. Pour contents of the second bowl over the mushrooms. Allow the mushrooms to marinate for 1 hour. Half way through, give the mushrooms a good stir to make sure they mix with the dressing. Serve the mushrooms at room temperature. These mushrooms will keep a little over a week in your fridge.
