Make Real Caribbean Curried Chicken







Real Caribbean Curried Chicken is one of the most sought after and delicious Caribbean dish.

Instructions








1. Purchased Caribbean curry powder at your local grocery stores. Prepare your chicken by cutting it a small pieces about 1 1/2 inches long. Wash chicken cutlets in lime and water, then finally in vinegar. Drain vinegar from the chicken. Pour Curry powder on chicken. Add small pieces of ginger, pepper, garlic, seasoning salt in proportion to the amount of chicken you are preparing.


2. Use a cooking spoon to stir chicken and ingredients until the curry powder along with the ingredients is fully absorbed into the chicken. Cover it for 30 minutes for it to marinate. After 30 minutes, it is now time to start cooking your curried chicken.


3. Pour cooking oil in a cooking pot and place on stove over medium fire, allow oil to hot for two minutes. Place seasoned curried chicken with all ingredients into pot with oil and cover. Stir ingredients until the chicken is permeated with the oil. Cover pot, and continue to stir approximately every 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked. After cooked it is ready for serving. Serve chicken while it is warm.
