Cook Beef Liver







Cook Beef Liver


Does your cooked liver taste nasty, try this.


Instructions


1. Wash Liver with cold water. It is best if it is a little frozen.


Sometimes it will fall apart, try to be gentle.


2. Place Flour in a small bowl; set aside.


3. Place Cast-iron skillet or non stick fry pan on medium-high heat(6)


; Add Grease(1/2 cup vegetable oil)


Let grease get hot before adding Liver.


4. Place the washed liver into the flour and coat well.


5. Once grease is hot; add Liver. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET GREASE ON YOU.








Add Salt and Black pepper.


6. Let cook on one side first usualy 1 minute or 2 depending on how hot your pan is.


Turn over and Salt and Pepper again.


7. Once liver is golden brown , Remove it from pan; place on paper towels and set aside.


8. Slice Onions.


In same skillet remove grease only leaving a small amount.


9. Place skillet back on stove on low heat (2-3)


Add the Sliced onions.


Place Liver back on top of the onions in the skillet and Cover with lid.


10. Let it slow cook until the onions fall apart.


It'll be the best liver you ever tasted.It's even good before you add it to the onions.
