Take Quiche To A Party







Quiche is both healthy and delicious.


When you are invited to a dinner party, it is customary to bring a prepared dish for the other guests to eat and enjoy. As an alternative to common dishes like pigs in a blanket, a gelatin dessert, or cookies, consider bringing a more nutritious dish that is also delicious: an egg and cheese quiche. Simply prepare and bake the quiche by following these simple guidelines before bringing it over to the party.


Instructions


1. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, and beat the eggs with with whisk for a two to three minutes.








2. Chop 2 cups of broccoli into small pieces, and add the broccoli into the bowl with the eggs.


3. Add in 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup of biscuit mix, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, and 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper.


4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.


5. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust, and bake the quiche in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 to 50 minutes.


6. Place the hot quiche into an insulted carrier, and bring the quiche to the party with a pie cutter. Serve in pie-shaped slices.
