1. Wet several paper towels and wring out the extra moisture until they are slightly damp.
2. Place the zucchini blossoms on a single layer of the . Cover them loosely in more towels.
3. Put the wrapped flowers in a plastic freezer bag and seal closed. Place blossoms in the fridge. Do not place items on top of the flowers as they can be easily crushed. Use the flowers within a day or two after purchase.
