Make Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches

Ronald McWho? Make your own ham or sausage and egg biscuits. They're easy and tasty, and it's cheaper for you, too. You can even freeze them for workday treats.

Instructions

1. Make biscuit dough (see "Make Basic Biscuits," in the Related eHows section, for instructions.)

2. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly.

3. Pat out dough until it is about 1 inch thick.

4. Cut into large, round circles. Use a biscuit cutter or a large glass.

5. Bake biscuits at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes or until done.

6. Fry your breakfast meat (bacon, ham, sausage) meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat until done.

7. Set the meat aside on paper towel. Drain.

8. Lower the heat to medium-low.

9. Place a canning jar ring in the meat skillet.

10. Break one egg into the ring and cook until it's as done as you like it - 3 to 4 minutes for most people. If you like, you can scramble the egg first.

11. Slice biscuit.

12. Insert meat, egg and, if you like, cheese.
