" Flour" is a quest item in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game "RuneScape." The flour must be obtained in order to complete the "Cook's Assistant" quest near the start of the game. The quest itself is open to both paying and non-paying members, and can be completed by players of any level.
Instructions
1. Travel northwest on the road outside of Lumbridge --- the starting city --- until you locate Fred the Farmer's Farm.
2. Continue past the farm until you locate a wheat field. Enter the field, click on one of the wheat stalks, and select the "Pick Wheat" option. Your character will obtain the "wheat" item.
3. Exit the field and travel east along the road until you come across the "Mill Lane Mill" location. The mill looks like a large windmill.
4. Enter the windmill and use the "Talk" command on the "Millie Miller" NPC located inside. Select the "Making Fine Flour" option to get information on make the item.
5. Climb to the top floor of the windmill.
6. Open your inventory, select the "Wheat" item, and drop it into the mill's hopper.
7. Click the lever nearby and select "Pull," then go back downstairs. If you have a pot in your inventory, you will automatically receive the "Extra Fine Flour" quest item.
