Instructions
1. Prepare to blend your green smoothie. Cleanse your fruits and vegetables.
2. Use 60 percent of your favorite fruits. Good choices are frozen bananas, blue berries, strawberries, peaches, mangos, pears, apples, or coconut.
3. Next, add the remaining 40 percent of the smoothie to the Vita-Mix. This mixture should be romaine, collard greens, kale, spinach, or whatever green you have on hand. Blend.
