Make A Healthy Omelet







Society doesn’t make having a healthy diet easy. It seems like all the really good, delicious food is horrible for you. This is especially the case with breakfast. But just because you’re dieting or wanting to eat healthy doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The following steps will show you make a delicious omelet that won’t tip the scales. It’s low in cholesterol too!


Instructions


Make a Healthy Omelet


1. Dice your onions and bell peppers to desired size.


2. Take your sliced ham and cut into smaller cubes. If you’d prefer to have sausage in your omelet, make sure that it’s turkey sausage.








3. Spray your skillet and turn the stove on to medium-high.


4. Dump the onions, peppers and ham into the skillet. Lightly grill.


5. Pour desired amount of liquid eggs into the skillet. Egg whites can be used in place of liquid eggs if you prefer.


6. As the eggs begin to cook, tear up your fat-free cheese and lay on top of the eggs, onions, ham and peppers.


7. Using a spatula, fold the eggs over onto itself and continue to let cook.


8. Remove and enjoy .
