Use The George Foreman Grill

The George Foreman grill is a great tool to have in the kitchen. It can cook many different kinds of foods while keeping them healthy and reduces the use of grease and fat.

Instructions

1. Set the grill on a sturdy, flat surface, like the kitchen counter. Place the grease tray in the correct position to catch the grease.

2. Plug the grill into a regular electrical outlet. Turn it on to the appropriate temperature for the type of food you are cooking. Let the grill warm for a few minutes.

3. Place your food on the grill and shut the top of the grill. Cook the food for the appropriate amount of time. You don't need to flip the food; the lid is also a grill and cooks the food on both sides at the same time.

4. Remove the food and unplug the grill. Allow it to cool down before handling. Empty the grease tray.

5. Scrape the grill with the plastic scraper provided with the grill. This removes all of the large pieces of food. Wipe with a damp paper towel to remove everything else from the grill.
