Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
We love cake at our house and especially Pumpkin Cake with !
Pumpkin Cake is perfect for Thanksgiving Dessert and Halloween Parties, too. But, since these ingredients are available year-round it is really a great dessert for any time of the year.
Every time that I have made this for a family gathering or school function, everyone always wants the recipe. It's a definite keeper and oh so yummy! Give it a try!
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 15 x 10 pan. In large bowl, blend all cake ingredients (All ingredients from the flour through the eggs) at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan.
2. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
3. In small bowl, combine frosting ingredients (Powdered Sugar to the Vanilla); beat until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate leftovers.
Perfect dessert for Thanksgiving!
