Make A Delicious & Healthy Pasta Salad







Pasta salad is an excellent choice for potucks and barbecues.


Pasta salad's vibrant colors and nutritional benefits make it an appealing dish for a wide variety of occasions at any time of year. It's full of fiber, vitamins and minerals, and doesn't require much time for preparation. A healthy array of spices and vegetables can create a mouth-watering pasta salad in little more than half an hour.


Instructions








1. Boil a pot of water, add pasta and a pinch of salt, and stir every two minutes. When the pasta is soft and tender after eight to ten minutes, drain it into a colander and rinse with cold water.


2. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, garlic, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency free of lumps. Add the pasta and stir until it's thoroughly coated.


3. Wash and cut all the vegetables into small pieces, and add them to the pasta. The various colors of the vegetables will help to create a very eye-pleasing dish. Add finely chopped basil leaves and toss the salad well.


4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.
