Bake Pancakes


1. To make eight pancakes, mix 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups milk, 2 large eggs (beaten), 1/3 cup melted butter, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt in a large bowl. Mix until blended.


2. Preheat a nonstick frying pan or skillet to about 350°F, and spray it with no-stick cooking spray. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan or skillet per pancake.


3. When the edges look dry and the middle is bubbling, flip the pancake and brown the other side (approximately 1 or 2 minutes).


4. Once cool, top the pancakes with maple syrup, butter, fruit, nutmeg, powdered sugar or other favorite toppings. Serve and enjoy!
