Bake With A Nordic Ware Mini Loaf Pan







Use a Nordic Ware mini loaf pan the next time you want to make individual breads or cakes. Prepare your favorite quick bread or yeast bread recipe in this pan. During the holidays, give homemade bread to coworkers. (See references for a raisin banana bread recipe.) Follow the correct procedures for using your Nordic Ware mini loaf pan to ensure perfect results. Proper use and care of your pan will ensure that it lasts for many years.


Instructions


1. Thoroughly wash the mini loaf pan with hot water and soap. Dry completely before using.


2. Preheat oven to temperature specified in the recipe. If baking the raisin banana bread, preheat oven to 350 degrees.


3. Spray the mini loaf cavities with cooking spray. Lightly dust each with flour. Turn the pan upside down to shake out the excess. If using Baker's Joy or other cooking spray with flour included, simply spray the cavities but do not dust with flour.


4. Prepare the quick bread batter as directed in the recipe. Fill each mini loaf cavity no more than 3/4 full to prevent overflow.


5. Place the cookie sheet on the rack beneath the loaf pan in the oven to catch any spills. Bake the mini loaves as directed by the recipe. For the raisin banana bread, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Allow the loaves to cool completely before turning the pan upside down to remove the loaves.
