Make Gluten Free Banana Bread







Banana bread is a favorite "coffee break" bread, and a delicious, nutritious addition to any diet. For people who must go gluten free, however, finding a tasty banana bread can be a challenge. Learn make gluten free banana bread using a wide variety of seemingly odd, but yummy, ingredients.


Instructions


Make Gluten Gree Banana Bread


1. Mix together the bean flour, tapioca flour, cornstarch, xanthum gum, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cream of tartar and salt.


2. Combine the butter and the agave nectar. Mix thoroughly and then add the eggs. Beat thoroughly until the mixture is creamy.


3. Mash 4 bananas (2 cups).








4. Add the mashed banana to the egg/agave nectar/butter mixture.


5. Add the dry mixture to the wet and mix thoroughly.


6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


7. Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray.


8. Split the batter in half and put half in each loaf pan.


9. Bake for 45 minutes and check loaf; if knife comes out of the middle clean, the bread is done.


10. Wait for the bread to cool completely before slicing.
