Make A Quick And Easy Marinade For Steaks And Chicken

Move beyond the same old steak or chicken you prepared last week with very little flavor. Try something new using a marinade for steak or chicken. Marinades are sauces prepared to flavor and soften meat. They are composed of vinegar, oil, spices and herbs. Marinades can be used on pork, chicken, steak, fish, and other meats. Prepare the marinade, let the meat soak a few hours or overnight then grill or bake and serve!

Instructions

McCormick's Monterey Steak and Chicken Marinade

1. Prepare four steaks or four chicken breasts slicing them if needed. In a bowl mix 1/4 cup oil,

1 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. vinegar, and 2 tbsp. McCormick's Monterey Steak and Chicken seasoning. Mix well.

2. Place steak or chicken into the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
