Make Lazy Man'S Cabbage Rolls







Lazy man's cabbage rolls get you the taste of cabbage rolls without all the time.


Cabbage rolls are a traditional Eastern European dish that are delicious but can be time-consuming to make. Consider instead making a dish of "lazy man's" cabbage rolls, a good substitute that delivers the taste of cabbage rolls without all of the work and time. Using most of the main ingredients included in the cabbage roll recipe, you can bake up a full dish of the tasty treats in just about an hour.


Instructions








1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop up one head of cabbage and layer into the bottom of a greased baking dish.


2. Brown 1 lb. ground beef in a pan. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Stir 1/2 cup cooked rice into the meat and pour it over the layer of cabbage.


3. Mix 10 oz. tomato soup with 10 oz. water and pour it over the meat-and-rice mixture.


4. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for one hour. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
