Serve Meat Fondue







Fondue is fun. No matter how old you are, there's something fun about cooking your own meal over a communal bowl. If you are looking to add a new dimension to your next fondue party, then you will want to learn serve meat fondue. Instructions


1. Do the prep work. Meat fondue doesn't require a lot of work. Simply heat up some vegetable or beef broth in a saucepan on the stove and transfer it over to a fondue pot when it boils. Trim any fat off your meat and cut it into bite-size pieces for dipping.


2. Arrange your dippers on a tray next to the fondue set. You could offer your guests chicken, beef, pork or shrimp.








3. Show your guests spear a dipper, then hold the meat in the broth for 3 to 5 minutes to cook it.


4. Explain the fondue etiquette rules to your guests: No touching of lips to the fondue fork, no double dipping, and no dropping food into the fondue pot.


5. Give your guests a separate plate and fork with which to transfer over their food while it cools.


6. Replenish the broth or dippers as needed.
