Garnish Lemonade

Lemonade is the drink of summer. From kids lemonade stands to grown-up lemonade cocktails, it is one beverage that has stood the test of time. While classic lemonade is always in style, creative garnishes dress up lemonade for any special occasion, such as kids parties and summer gatherings. Read on to learn garnish lemonade.

Instructions

1. Add extra flavor to a cold glass of lemonade with a sprig of mint and some fresh raspberries.

2. Serve lemonade with a scoop of fruity sherbet for a tasty lemonade float.

3. Keep lemonade chilled with a garnish of frozen blueberries in lieu of ice cubes.

4. Mix up a lemonade punch with equal parts lemonade and ginger ale. Garnish with floating slices of oranges topped with Maraschino cherries. Trim the bottom of the cherries so they will sit flat on top of the orange slices.

5. Serve lemonade with bamboo fruit skewers. Add raspberries, blueberries and strawberries to the skewer and place inside a tall glass of lemonade. This is a fun Fourth of July drink garnish.

6. Try serving old-fashioned lemonade. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass and add cold water. Leave the lemon half in the cup for added flavor. Add sugar to taste.

7. Create a lemonade slushy in a blender with ice. Serve in ice cream Sunday dish for a tasty and refreshing treat. Mix in some fresh watermelon for even more summer flavor.
