Make Fudge From Scratch

Homemade fudge will make your family and friends wish for more.

This is a quick and simple recipe for homemade chocolate fudge, great for a treat for the family or for a party. It will leave your friends in awe and their mouths watering for more.

Instructions

1. Grease a small casserole dish with butter to place the finished fudge in. This is done in preparation so the fudge doesn't get scorched while greasing the dish or began to harden in the pan.Combine chocolate morsels, peanut butter morsels and sweetened and condensed milk in medium pot with stove on low, stirring constantly.

2. Continue to stir constantly until the morsels are melted and the mixture becomes hard to stir. If it becomes too hard to stir add a little water, just enough to make it easier to stir.

3. Drop some fudge into a glass of cold water. The fudge will form a ball if it is done.

4. Poor fudge into pregreased dish. Allow the fudge to harden four hours to over night. After the fudge is hard cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
