Pretzel salad, a popular dessert for a family or potluck dinner, has the delicious combination of salty and sweet flavors. However, this dessert is high in calories and contains several sugary ingredients that some fans of pretzel salad may want to avoid. To enjoy this dessert salad without all the sugar, one solution is to substitute the sugar-filled ingredients in the recipe for sugar-free ingredients commonly available at any local grocery store.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Pour the mixture into a 9-by-13 inch baking dish. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan using your fingers or a spoon. Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until set; remove the baking dish from the oven and set it aside until cool.
4. Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl with 1/4 cup of sucralose sugar substitute and blend using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Fold in 8 oz. of sugar-free whipped topping using a rubber spatula until combined.
5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzels with an offset spatula or the rubber spatula, then place the baking dish in the refrigerator to chill while you mix the gelatin.
6. Boil water in a saucepan, then empty the two boxes of sugar-free strawberry gelatin into a heat-resistant bowl. Add 2 cups of boiled water to the gelatin powder and mix well with a spoon until dissolved. Add 3 cups of sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture.
7. Remove the chilled pretzel and cream cheese from the refrigerator, then pour the strawberries and gelatin over the cream cheese mixture.
8. Refrigerate the completed sugar-free pretzel salad until chilled for at least 3 to 4 hours.
